Satinder Hunjan KC

Satinder is a Kings Counsel who is ranked first or top tier in all the renowned legal directories and is a recognized leader in his field. He deals with matters which are of the highest complexity and value. He has help appointments as a Deputy High Court Judge and is also an arbitrator and mediator.

Naveen Agnihotri

Naveen served as a judge in the Abu Dhabi Commercial Court following a successful term in another senior government role. He is appointed as a Recorder (akin to a Circuit Judge but on a fee paid basis) in England and is a mediator and arbitrator. Naveen holds the MCISI designation from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Abdulla AlJefri

Abdulla AlJefri is an experienced disputes lawyer and strategic advisor. He has significant expertise in legal advocacy and public administration.

Prior to independent practice, Abdulla had a distinguished tenure at the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department – providing over 15 years service to the Government Lawyers Division. This included representing various government entities in high-profile disputes and developing effective conflict resolution strategies.

Beyond his legal career, Abdulla has successfully collaborated with international partners to drive business growth throughout the Emirates and Gulf region. He is an alumnus of Harvard University.
